We are seeking a full time Sous Chef to support our small kitchen team.

- Creative cooking with local produce – we’d love your ideas to support our ever growing menu
- Be Mornington Peninsula Based – who wouldn’t want to live here?
- Available 7 days – including early evenings, rotational roster – NO nights, NO split shifts
- Multi skilled – that means able to do more than one thing at a time!
- Punctual, Reliable, Well Presented – bring your best game face
- Adhere to our Policy and Procedures – you know OH&S, Food Handling, COVID safe
- Able to initiate jobs without supervision?
- Cookery Certificate or equal experiences
